quote of the day

"I will not die an unlived life. I will not live in fear of falling or catching fire. I choose to inhabit my days, to allow my living to open me, to make me less afraid, more accessible, to loosen my heart until it becomes a wing, a torch, a promise. I choose to risk my significance; to live so that which came to me as a seed goes to the next as a blossom and that which came to me as blossom, goes on as a fruit."

welcomed by the shape shifter, coyote, who ran east to west as i traveled south toward my desert oasis. the coyote reminded me to be mindful of the hidden words of emotion as i faced my muse, my inspiration, the desert.

two black birds perched to the east of my path,  odins birds - memory and thought, remember they cawed, remember.

with delicate footsteps, following the path, hoovering over flowers like a humming bird.  i was led on a magical journey full of color, spirit and healing waters.

arrived late, new moon in the sky allowing for a blanket of undisturbed stars. immediately in a vortex, i was lifted out of my body, i let go as my spirit poured rapidly out...i unfurled.

trust in flow, spirit whispers.
with that simple mantra a whirlwind of omens, color and the expansion of strengthened boundaries push me to new levels of self. i tap the shoulder of listener and take on the posture of the perimeter.

a journey ensues as i see reflection in the eyes of a red diamond back rattle snake. hiking on the back of moonlight canyon with a precog by my side i step out of old skin and shed the worries of time. survived by the grace of a generous grandfather snake i cleanse in the hot springs of ancient waters.

i wake anew, with a relentless zest for my journey - to tap awake the fierce warriors of this auspicious time. with a glorious blazing lantern to brighten the path and an ancient grounding staff.
