dark and cloudy this morning, burned off by afternoon, turned out to be a breezy sunny day. can still hear the squirrels dropping a few of their harvested acorns on the roof next door. fall is definitely here.
time to put away summer and dust off the fall gear.
time to look inward and prepare our health for the colder days to come.
and in our look inward see what we are letting go, and being with the whatever comes up. and remember grief is held in the lungs, the fall is the season of the lungs (traditional chinese medicine) a time of re-spirit-ing (respiratory). approaching this season with the awareness of energetic releasing will support us through the weather change. it is the natural cycle of things to watch the leaves change and then fall.
