Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside
- 3 cups Raw Almonds ground to a flour with a vitamix (1 cup ground fine, 1 cup ground medium, 1 cup ground course)
- 1 cup Sprouted Quinoa ground to a fine flour with a vitamix
- tsp Baking Soda
- dash Pink Salt
- 1/3 cup Sun dried Tomatoes ground to a powder with a vitamix
- 1/4 cup whole walnuts
Blend together in a vitamix
- 3 Eggs (room temp, so oil doesn't harden)
- 2 tblsp Coconut oil
- handful of Parsely
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and set aside while oven preheats to 340°. Then form the mix into a loaf and place on a coconut oil greased baking sheet. Cook for about 15 minutes, not too long or your bread will turn into a brick. I follow my nose, as soon as I can smell the baking bread I check on it and usually it's done.
YUMMM
Let the bread set and it will become easy to slice and not too brittle. Nice flavor, really good with a fried egg, bacon and kimchi sauce (kimchi sauce is Dan's homemade spicy kimchi blended with a vitamix).
Yes, I love the vitamix.
