2 Tbsp. Tahini
4 Dried Plums
1 Vanilla Bean
1/3 cup Raisins
1 cup Coconut water
pinch of Salt
2 Tbsp. Tahini

- Cool for a more solid consistency

I don't cook with refined sugars, dairy, or grain anymore. So, I've got to be inventive and this recipe came out of a desire to have whip cream on some triple chocolate Coracao brownies. And with the holidays coming up I imagine this will pair very nicely with a pumpkin pie, yummm.
Triple Chocolate Coracao Brownies
5 boiled sweet potatoes
2 vanilla beans
4 Eggs
Cocoa powder
Salt
Baking soda
Pumpkin seed flour
Buckwheat
Quinoa flour
Coconut flour
Coconut oil
Cinnamon
Cayenne
Coracao's; Rawmond butter bar, Live almond papa bar, Crunch bar

Pumpkin seed flour
Buckwheat
Quinoa flour
Coconut flour
Coconut oil

- Blend all the dry
- Blend all the wet
- Mix wet and dry together, let sit for a few miniutes
- Pour into coconut oiled pan
- Bake in a preheated 350° oven till done
