- Chicken bone broth, strained (head and feet cooked over night with garlic, onion, celery and tomatoes a dash of vinegar to pull out the minerals)
- Butternut squash (peeled, seeded and cubed)
Boil together until the squash is tender then blend everything 'till smooth.
Add to taste
- salt
- pepper
- cinnamon/nutmeg
- nutritional yeast
I sprinkled a bit of cinnamon on top with a few roasted butternut squash seeds.
Roast seeds; remove seeds from squash, place on baking sheet, sprinkle pink salt and nutritional yeast bake in a 350° oven till done.
