here is a simple remedy for you.
savory garlic herb tea
- 2 garlic cloves sliced
- a teaspoon of herb salt (a blend of + thyme + oregano + rosemary and himalayan pink salt)
- hot water
put all ingredients into a mug and let steep. what you will have is a savory tea that tastes a bit like soup. you could add more salt and gargle with this remedy. but if your experiencing stomach upset the herbs will help the belly too.
you'll find the above herbs + salt have antimicrobial, immune modulating and astringent qualities.
